Leslie Memsic, MD FACS

With a career spanning more than 30 years, lipoma specialist Dr. Leslie Memsic has performed thousands of successful surgeries. In addition to her considerable surgical experience, Dr. Memsic’s diagnostic skills are incredibly sharp, allowing her to diagnose and treat lipomas effectively. She has contributed significantly to the medical community by writing numerous articles and medical abstracts.

After receiving her medical degree from the University of California, San Diego School of Medicine, Dr. Memsic completed her general surgery residency at the UCLA School of Medicine. She went on to complete two fellowship programs: one in liver transplantation at UCLA and another in surgical oncology at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center.

Dr. Memsic is the honored recipient of numerous awards, including Top Doctor, Top Surgeon, Top Oncologist, Most Compassionate Doctor, and Patient’s Choice award (accolades given to only three percent of physicians nationally). Her ongoing record of excellence in patient care qualifies her as a premier physician in the treatment of lipomas in the Los Angeles area.
